Town Engineer definition

Town Engineer means the Person employed as the Town Engineer for the Town or other Person designated by the Town Engineer or Town Manager to perform an action of the Town Engineer
Town Engineer means a Consulting Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario, retained by the Town to grant the engineering approvals required by this Agreement. Any engineering approvals granted by the Town Engineer under this Agreement shall be deemed to be approvals granted by the Town.
Town Engineer means the Director of Infrastructure Services and Engineer, or his or her designate;

  • Contractor shall provide any supporting documentation requested by the Town Engineer.

  • Developer shall construct the same, manholes (if any) and all appurtenances in accordance with the Development Plan and upon completion and testing by the contractor and the Town Engineer the Town shall accept the same within the proposed right-of-way lines for ownership and maintenance.

  • Upon completion of same with fire hydrants, all appurtenances and after testing and acceptance by the Town Engineer the Town shall accept the same and all appurtenances including water meters and water pits up to property lines into its system for ownership and maintenance.

  • The Town shall deposit fifty (50%) percent of the total estimated cost of the Town Improvements into an escrow account (the “Town Escrow Account”) that may be drawn from after verification and approval by the Town Engineer of monthly bills submitted to the Town by the Contractor for inspection and approval.

Town Engineer means the head of the Department.
