Toxic to humans definition

Toxic to humans means not generally recognized as safe as provided by the United States food and drug administration pursuant to 21 C.F.R. pt. 182.
Toxic to humans means that property of a substance which causes, when present in sufficient concentration, an adverse effect in humans if ingested, inhaled, or otherwise absorbed into the human body.
