TRA Holder definition

TRA Holder means each of those Persons set forth on Schedule A and their respective successors and permitted assigns pursuant to Section 7.6(a).

TRA Holder means any Person (other than the Corporation, its Subsidiaries, and the TRA Representative, solely in their capacity as TRA Representative) that is a party to this Agreement.

• To the extent that amounts are so withheld and paid over to the appropriate Taxing Authority by the Corporate Taxpayer, such withheld amounts shall be treated for all purposes of this Agreement as having been paid to the relevant TRA Holder.
