Track A Neutral definition

Track A Neutral is an adjudicator hired by Lead Class Counsel and approved by the Court, the Secretary, and the Attorney General to determine the merits of the claims submitted under Track A and conduct other duties as assigned under this Agreement. Prior to determining any claims, each Track A Neutral must take an oath administered by the Court that he or she will determine each claim faithfully, fairly, and to the best of his or her ability.
Track A Neutral is a third party claims adjudication company suggested by Class Counsel and approved by the Court to determine the merits of the claims submitted under Track A. Class Counsel propose JAMS, 0 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, to serve as the Track A Neutral.
