Trade Committee definition

Trade Committee means a Trade Committee that is organized in accordance with Section 1(b) of Annex C.
Trade Committee means a trade committee appointed under this Act.
Trade Committee means the Official Committee of Creditors Holding Unsecured Claims, appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee on or about August 28, 2003 pursuant to section 1102(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Trade Committee means the ad hoc committee of certain holders of Trade Claims formed on or about May, 2003 as such may be constituted from time to time.
