General Construction Contract definition

General Construction Contract means with respect to any Tenant’s Work, the applicable construction contract by and between the applicable General Contractor and Tenant and approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
General Construction Contract means with respect to any Tenant’s Work, the applicable construction contract by and between the applicable General Contractor and Tenant, and, with respect to any such construction contract entered into in connection with Tenant Work that requires Landlord’s consent hereunder, is approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
General Construction Contract means the Construction Contract of even date herewith between the Developer and the General Contractor pursuant to which the General Contractor has agreed to construct the Project.
