Trade Section definition

Trade Section means the section of this Agreement which sets out those items of the Agreement which are specific to each Affiliated Union and not in conflict with the terms of the Master Section of this Agreement, namely:

  • Protected Information means PHI provided by CE to BA or created, maintained, received or transmitted by BA on CE’s behalf.
