Divisions of Work. The Professional Services Consultant shall divide the Work into distinct Divisions of Work as required by Owner and in accordance with the Illinois Procurement Code. This division shall be clear, concise and comprehensive. All Work must be explicitly assigned to a particular Division of Work.

Divisions of Work. The Divisions of the Work will be determined by the Designer in each School Project’s specifications. Each of the Divisions may contain multiple bid packages. Bid packages are documents prepared by the CM in cooperation with the Designer and the Owner for the purpose of accurately and completely defining and procuring the Work to be performed by Contractors. Such documents may include invitations to bid, instructions to bidders, forms of proposals, contract terms and conditions, forms of bonds, Drawings and Specifications that describe the scope of Work for a particular portion of the Work, plus any other documents that the CM believes are appropriate for a bid package.

  • MODIFICATIONS OF WORK The COUNTY reserves the right to make changes in the work, including alterations, reductions therein or additions thereto. Upon receipt by the CONTRACTOR of the COUNTY’S notification of a contemplated change, the CONTRACTOR shall (1) if requested by COUNTY, provide an estimate for the increase or decrease in cost due to the contemplated change, (2) notify the COUNTY of any estimated change in the completion date, and (3) advise the COUNTY in writing if the contemplated change shall affect the CONTRACTOR’S ability to meet the completion dates or schedules of this Contract. If the COUNTY so instructs in writing, the CONTRACTOR shall suspend work on that portion of the work affected by a contemplated change, pending the COUNTY’S decision to proceed with the change. If the COUNTY elects to make the change, the COUNTY shall issue a Contract Amendment or Change Order and the CONTRACTOR shall not commence work on any such change until such written amendment or change order has been issued and signed by each of the parties.

  • CONDITIONS OF WORK 4.1 The Contractor shall carefully examine and study the conditions under which the Work is to be performed and the site of the Work, and compare the Contract Documents with each other and to information furnished by the University including but not limited to the plans and specifications, the form of the Contract, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, General Requirements, Bonds and all other Contract Documents associated with the Work.

  • Conditions of Eft Services (a.) Ownership of Card(s). Any Card we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions.
