Trademark License Rights definition

Trademark License Rights means all right, title and interest of Grantor as licensor or licensee under, and with respect to, any Trademark, including under any Licenses.
Trademark License Rights means the right to use the Licensed Trademarks within the scope of this Agreement.

Related to Trademark License Rights

  • Trademark License means any agreement, written or oral, providing for the grant by the Company of any right to use any Trademark, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule B hereto.
