Trading Benefit definition

Trading Benefit or “Benefit” shall mean the trading benefit which the Client who participates in the Promotion shall be eligible to receive on credit or equivalent amount based on the Client’s trading account currency subject to this Terms.
Trading Benefit means the trading benefit which the Client who participates in the Promotion will be eligible to receive $30 on credit or equivalent amount based on the Client’s trading account currency subject to the Terms;

Examples of Trading Benefit in a sentence

  • Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancelation or termination of the Trading Benefit Scheme.

  • A Client shall not be entitled to participate in more than one Trading Benefit Scheme at the same time, unless otherwise explicitly provided in the terms and conditions.

  • In these circumstances, FXTM will not be liable for any consequences of this Trading Benefit Scheme’s cancellation and your disqualification.

  • Under no circumstances shall LQDFX be liable for any conse- quences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancelation or termination of the Trading Benefit Scheme.

  • LQDFX will not be liable for any margin call or losses that the Client may suffer, including but not limited to losses due to Stop-out Level, if the trading benefit is withdrawn for any reason pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions of the Trading Benefit Scheme.

  • Any indication or suspicion of fraud, manipulation, cash-back or bonus or swap arbitrage, or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity in a Client’s account or multiple account with LQDFX or otherwise related or connected to the Trading Benefit Scheme will nullify any and all transactions executed and/or profits or losses garnered therein.

  • LQDFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from any trading benefit if LQDFX suspects misuses or attempts to misuse the Trading Benefit Scheme, or breaches the present Agreement and/or any of LQDFX’s Business Terms and/ or the terms and conditions of the Trading Benefit Scheme and to cancel all orders and annul all profits of such client.

  • LQDFX reserves the right, as it in its sole discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the Trading Benefit Scheme, or any aspect of it, at any time and without any prior notice.

  • The Company reserves the right, as it in its sole discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the Trading Benefit Scheme, or any aspect of it, at any time and without any prior notice.

  • In these circumstances, ACTIVE BROKER will not be liable for any consequences of this Trading Benefit Scheme’s cancellation and your disqualification.

Related to Trading Benefit

  • housing benefit means housing benefit under Part 7 of the SSCBA;

  • Public benefit means making capital available, or facilitating the availability of capital, to businesses in this state that have 750 or fewer employees, the intent of which is to create or retain employment opportunities for residents of this state, stabilize or increase the tax base of this state, or support the redevelopment of facilities for use by small businesses.

  • Change in Control Benefit means the benefit set forth in Section 4.1 below.

  • Change in Control Benefits means the following benefits:

  • Last Monthly Benefit means the gross Monthly Benefit payable to the Insured Employee immediately prior to death. Any reductions for Other Income Benefits, or for earnings the Insured Employee received for Partial Disability Employment, will not apply.

  • Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit means an annual amount (before taking into account federal and state income taxes), payable in monthly installments throughout the Payout Period. Such benefit is projected pursuant to the Agreement for the purpose of determining the Contributions to be made to the Retirement Income Trust Fund (or Phantom Contributions to be recorded in the Accrued Benefit Account). The annual Contributions and Phantom Contributions have been actuarially determined, using the assumptions set forth in Exhibit A, in order to fund for the projected Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit for which Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) are being made (or recorded) is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Annual Benefit means an annual sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) multiplied by the Applicable Percentage (defined below) and then reduced to the extent required: (i) under the other provisions of this Agreement; (ii) by reason of the lawful order of any regulatory agency or body having jurisdiction over the Employer; and (iii) in order for the Employer to properly comply with any and all applicable state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, income, employment and disability income tax laws (eg., FICA, FUTA, SDI).

  • Maximum Benefit Amount means the maximum amount payable for coverage provided to You as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Severance Amount means (A) for any Termination other than during a Covered Period, an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary as of the respective Termination; or (B) for a Termination during a Covered Period, an amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of Executive’s Base Compensation as of the respective Termination.

  • Foreign Benefit Event means, with respect to any Foreign Pension Plan, (a) the existence of unfunded liabilities in excess of the amount permitted under any applicable Law or in excess of the amount that would be permitted absent a waiver from applicable Governmental Authority or (b) the failure to make the required contributions or payments, under any applicable Law, on or before the due date for such contributions or payments.

  • Separation Benefits has the meaning accorded such term in Section 3.04.

  • Severance Benefit means the payment of severance compensation as provided in Article III.

  • Termination Benefits means the benefits described in Section 4.1(b).

  • Termination Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.

  • Annual Benefit Limit means the maximum amount of benefits paid by the Company to the Policy Holder in a Policy Year irrespective of whether any limits of any benefit items stated in the Benefit Schedule have been reached. The Annual Benefit Limit is counted afresh in a new Policy Year.

  • Severance Benefits means the payment of severance compensation as provided in Section 3.3 herein.

  • Accrued Benefit have the meanings specified in ERISA.

  • Maximum Benefit means the maximum benefit amount of each of the benefits covered under this Policy as stated in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Liberty to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.

  • Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.

  • SERP Benefit means the benefit described in Section 5.1.

  • Pension Benefits Act means The Pension Benefits Act of Ontario and regulations thereunder as amended from time to time.

  • Pension Benefit means a pension, annuity, gratuity or similar allowance which is payable—

  • Retirement Benefits means benefits paid by reference to reaching, or the expectation of reaching, retirement or, where they are supplementary to those benefits and provided on an ancillary basis, in the form of payments on death, disability, or cessation of employment or in the form of support payments or services in case of sickness, indigence or death. In order to facilitate financial security in retirement, these benefits may take the form of payments for life, payments made for a temporary period, a lump sum, or any combination thereof;

  • Benefit Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.12 hereof.

  • Change in Control Severance Benefits means the benefits payable pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement.
