Trading Event definition

Trading Event means the first date on which the Company’s Common Stock trades on a national securities exchange or an Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
Trading Event has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.
Trading Event means the GlobalDairyTrade trading events at which Inalpi S.p.A. offers products for sale via a trading website in accordance with the Market Rules.

More Definitions of Trading Event

Trading Event means the GDT trading events at which Sellers offer dairy Products for sale via the Trading Platform in accordance with the Rules.
Trading Event means that trading generally in securities on the New York Stock Exchange shall have been suspended or materially limited; a "Banking Event" shall mean that a general moratorium on commercial banking activities in New York, New York shall have been declared by any federal or state authority; a "Conflict Event" shall mean the occurrence of any major armed conflict involving a substantial participation by the armed forces of the United States of America; a "Station Event" shall mean any act of nature (including fires, floods, earthquakes, and storms), calamity, casualty or condemnation or the act or omission to act of any state or federal regulatory agency having jurisdiction over the Stations that has caused one or more Stations not to be operating in a manner substantially consistent with the operations conducted before such act, omission, calamity, casualty, condemnation or agency action occurred or not in compliance with its or their respective Station License(s); an "Event Date" shall mean the date on which a Trading Event, Banking Event, Conflict Event, or a Station Event occurs; and a "Cessation Date" shall mean the date on which a Trading Event, Banking Event, Conflict Event, or a Station Event ends. Pro forma adjustments shall be made for purposes of calculating gross revenues for the 12-month period specified in the definition of "Station Event" with respect to any radio broadcast station acquired during such 12-month period, to assume that such station was acquired at the beginning of such 12-month period and include the gross revenues of such station for the full 12-month period.
Trading Event means the first date on which the Common Stock (or securities received by all holders of Common Stock in exchange for Common Stock) trades on a national securities exchange or automated quotation system at a price of at least (i) $2.25 per share or (ii) such price per share as approved by the Requisite Holders, in each case for at least 10 consecutive trading days and subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Common Stock).

It includes the period of time starting from when the Trading Manager opens the Bidding Website for Qualified Bidders to log on to enter their first round quantity bids through to after the last round when all Bidders have exited the Bidding Website.
