Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.
Trading Session means the period of time during any given calendar day, commencing with the determination of the opening price on the Applicable Exchange and ending on the determination of the closing price on the Applicable Exchange during the regular trading session, in which trading in UTC Shares, Carrier Shares or Otis Shares (as applicable) is permitted on the Applicable Exchange.
Trading Plan The meaning specified in Section 12.2(c).
Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.
Trading Rules means the Rules and Regulations of the Exchange prescribed by the Stock Exchange from time to time; and
trading desk means a well-identified group of dealers set up by the institution to jointly manage a portfolio of trading book positions in accordance with a well-defined and consistent business strategy and operating under the same risk management structure.".
Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.
Trading Period means the term as defined in the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules.
trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.
Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.
Trading Window means a trading period for trading in Company‘s Securities as specified by the Company from time to time.
Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.
Trading Partner means an entity that has registered with the Commission to exchange data through Electronic Data Interchange.
Non-Trading Operation means any operation involving the deposit of funds, withdrawal from a Client's Account or the provision (return) of Credit.
Trading and Settlement Code means the Trading and Settlement Codedeveloped pursuant to Section 9(1)(d) of the Act as from time to time, revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval or at the instance of the Commission;
Margin Trading means Leverage trading when the Client may make Transactions having far less funds on the Trading Account in comparison with the Transaction Size.
Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.
Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).
Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.
Subsequent Market means the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, Nasdaq SmallCap Market or Nasdaq National Market.
Free Trading means that (a) the shares or certificate(s) representing the applicable shares of Common Stock have been cleared and approved for public resale by the compliance departments of Lender’s brokerage firm and the clearing firm servicing such brokerage, and (b) such shares are held in the name of the clearing firm servicing Lender’s brokerage firm and have been deposited into such clearing firm’s account for the benefit of Lender.
Trading Disruption means (a) with respect to an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), any suspension of or limitation imposed on trading by the relevant Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise and whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the relevant Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise (i) on any relevant Exchange(s) relating to securities that comprise 20 per cent. or more of the level of the relevant Index, or (ii) in futures or options contracts relating to the relevant Index on any relevant Related Exchange; or (b) with respect to a Multiple Exchange Index, any suspension of or limitation imposed on trading by the relevant Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise and whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the relevant exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise (i) relating to any Component Security on the Exchange in respect of such Component Security, or (ii) in futures or options contracts relating to the relevant Indexon any relevant Related Exchange.
Trading Member means a Person who has been approved by Nadex to trade directly and not through a FCM Member on the Market, and does not include any FCM Member.
Trading Compliance Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.
