Traditional Broadcasting definition

Traditional Broadcasting means the transmission of Audiovisual Content to end users by means of broadcasting (as that term is defined in section 2 of the Broadcasting Act, S.C. 1991, c. 11), excluding any video-on-demand, any dissemination of Audiovisual Content via the Internet for a fee, and any podcasting of Audiovisual Content, but including any Simulcast; and
