Traffic Consultant definition

Traffic Consultant means any traffic and revenue consultant or firm of traffic and revenue consultants of favorable national reputation for skill and experience in performing the duties for which a Traffic Consultant is required to be employed pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture and who is retained by the Agency as a Traffic Consultant for the purposes of this Indenture.
