Tranche 1 Completion definition

Tranche 1 Completion means completion of the transfer of the Tranche 1 Interests from Exxaro to Tronox Purchaser;
Tranche 1 Completion means the completion of the issue and allotment of the Tranche 1 Subscription Shares in accordance with clause 5;

Related to Tranche 1 Completion

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.
