Tranche 1 Note definition

Tranche 1 Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).

Tranche 1 Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit A to the Funding Agreement, duly executed by two Authorized Officers of the Company.

Tranche 1 Note means a promissory note made by a Borrower in favor of a Tranche 1 Lender evidencing Tranche 1 Loans made by such Tranche 1 Lender to such Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1.

More Definitions of Tranche 1 Note

Tranche 1 Note that certain promissory note dated as of May 28, 1996 in the original principal amount of $2,000,000 executed by Borrower in favor of Lender pursuant to the Original Loan Agreement, and all extensions, renewals, modifications, replacements, amendments, restatements and refinancings thereof.

Tranche 1 Note means that certain Promissory Note dated as of the Initial Closing Date, in the amount of the Tranche 1 Loan as set forth in Annex B attached hereto.
