Tranche 2 Performance Period definition

Tranche 2 Performance Period means the period commencing July 1, 2018 and ending on June 30, 2021.
Tranche 2 Performance Period means the period commencing July 1, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2022.
Tranche 2 Performance Period means the period commencing July 1, 2016 and ending on June 30, 2019.

  • The Target PSUs set forth in the Summary of Award shall be divided equally into two vesting tranches, such that fifty percent (50%) of the Target PSUs shall be eligible to vest based on attainment of the Performance Goal during the Tranche 1 Performance Period and fifty percent (50%) of the Target PSUs shall be eligible to vest based on attainment of the Performance Goal during the Tranche 2 Performance Period (as set forth in Section 2 of this Exhibit A).

  • Following the end of each of the Tranche 1 Performance Period and the Tranche 2 Performance Period, the Committee will certify the payout percentage for each target award for each applicable performance period.

  • Vesting Conditions for Tranche 2 Performance Rights The Tranche 2 Performance Rights will vest if both of the following conditions are satisfied or waived in accordance with the Plan Rules: (a) Mr Donohue remains continuously employed by a Group Company until 31 December 2020 (inclusive); and (b) at any time during the Tranche 2 Performance Period, the 60-day VWAP is equal to or greater than $2.75.

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Non-Performance Charge means the charge applicable to Capacity Performance Resources as defined in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 10A(e).

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Achievement Percentage means the percentage of achievement determined by the Committee after the end of the Performance Cycle in accordance with Section 4 that reflects the extent to which the Company achieved the Performance Goals during the Performance Cycle.

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • Bonus Target means the annual bonus that the Executive would have received in a fiscal year under the AIP Plan and/or the EIC Plan, if the target goals had been achieved.

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).
