Bonus Target definition

Bonus Target means the annual bonus that the Executive would have received in a fiscal year under the AIP Plan and/or the EIC Plan, if the target goals had been achieved.
Bonus Target means the percentage of Participant Earnings for each Participant as described in Section 5.6(a) below.
Bonus Target means a percentage established to represent a normal or average bonus percentage determined through competitive survey analysis and based on each position’s relative importance to the overall financial success of the Company.

More Definitions of Bonus Target

Bonus Target means the corresponding Bonus Target(s) as set forth in the individual Award Certificate issued by the Company to the Employee.
Bonus Target means the annual incentive bonus payable to the Employee at the greater of the rate in effect on (1) the date the Change in Control of the Employer occurs or (2) the date of the Employee’s Termination of Employment under the circumstances described in Section 2(a).
Bonus Target means a Bonus amount that may be paid if one hundred percent (100%) of all the applicable Performance Measures are achieved at target in the Performance Period. The Bonus Target shall be equal to a fixed percentage of the Participant’s base salary for such Performance Period, and such fixed percentage shall not exceed two hundred-fifty percent (250%) of a Participant’s base pay.
Bonus Target means an amount equal to the greater of: (i) Executive's annual bonus target at the annual rate in effect at the date of his Involuntary Termination; or (ii) Executive's annual bonus target at the annual rate in effect immediately prior to a Change-in-Control if Executive's employment shall be subject to a Change-in-Control Involuntary Termination.
Bonus Target has the meaning set out in Section 4(b).
Bonus Target means (i) for the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, the sum of 200% of such officer’s target annual bonus plus the prorated amount of such target annual bonus for the fiscal year in which the Participant’s termination of employment occurs, (ii) for the Company’s Executive Vice Presidents or Senior Vice Presidents, the sum of 100% of such officer’s target annual bonus plus the prorated amount of such target annual bonus for the fiscal year in which the Participant’s termination of employment occurs, and (iii) for the Company’s other officers with a title of “Vice President” and not otherwise described in clauses (i) or (ii) of this definition, the sum of 100% of such officer’s target annual bonus plus the prorated amount of such target annual bonus for the fiscal year in which the Participant’s termination of employment occurs, as set forth under the Participant’s individual employment agreement with the Employer or in any written bonus plan, program or arrangement approved by the Board or the Committee.
Bonus Target means the amount of annual cash incentive bonus that Employee would receive for the full year in which Employee’s termination of employment occurs, if all of Verso’s and Employee’s performance goals applicable to Employee’s incentive bonus for such year (as such bonus arrangement is in effect at time of termination of Employee’s employment) were achieved at the target level of performance.
