Tranche B-1 Term Loan definition

Tranche B-1 Term Loan means the Loan made pursuant to Section 2.01(b)(ii), which shall be an ABR Loan only. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, there shall only be a single Tranche B-1 Term Loan made hereunder by the Tranche B-1 Term Loan Lender.
