Tranche B Warrant definition

Tranche B Warrant has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Tranche B Warrant means the Tranche B Warrant of the Company to acquire shares of Series A-3 Preferred Stock issued to the Holders pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement.

Tranche B Warrant means a warrant to purchase the number of shares of Series A-4 Preferred Stock determined by dividing the number of shares issuable upon exercise of the Tranche A Warrant by one hundred and ten percent (110%) at an exercise price equal to 110% of the exercise price of the Tranche A Warrant.
