If a Tranche B Advance or a Tranche C Advance is to be made in an Alternative Currency, the amount to be drawn down will be the Equivalent, as determined by the Facility Agent, in that Alternative Currency of the US Dollar Amount on the second Business Day before the relevant Drawdown Date.
The duration of each Interest Period for a Tranche C Advance shall be determined in accordance with the normal banking practice of the relevant Tranche C Lender, provided that the first Interest Period shall commence on the Drawing Date of that Tranche C Advance.
As from the Effective Date, the Existing TFB Packing Credit Facility shall be treated for all purposes and to all intents as part of the Tranche C Commitment, the Tranche C Advance and/or the Tranche C Outstandings, as the case may be, in respect of TFB under the Tranche C Facility and shall, thereafter, be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in all respects.
