Cash Advance. The Cardholder may obtain Cash Advances up to a maximum percentage of the Credit Limit subject to availability of adequate credit, subject to Department of Exchange Control Regulations and as maybe acceptable to the Bank from time to time at its absolute discretion by the following means; 5.1 Presenting the Card at any of the branches of the Bank or at any member institution of Visa/ MasterCard together with evidence of his identity and signing the necessary Transaction record. 5.2 Use of the Card at any ATM of the Bank or of any other bank or institution with whom the Bank has an Agreement for the use of the ATM of the said bank or institution in which case the amount of each advance will be further subject to the applicable daily withdrawal limit of the ATM. 5.3 In addition to ATM, bank, merchant, agent, local or country limits and restrictions, Exchange Control Regulations and/or other regulatory authority restrictions issued from time to time will also apply. 5.4 The Bank will provide a PIN to be used in conjunction with the Card when effecting a transaction at an ATM. The Cardholder may under no circumstances whatsoever disclose the PIN to any other person. 5.5 The Bank’s record of any Transaction effected in conjunction with a PIN shall be binding on the Cardholder as to its consequence and the information on the Bank’s system will be conclusive evidence and binding on the Cardholder. 5.6 The use of the Card by the Cardholder to obtain a Cash Advance shall be deemed to constitute the Agreement of the Cardholder to pay a finance charge/interest and fees on the amount of Cash Advance as prescribed by the Bank from time to time. A finance charge shall be levied on each Cash Advance from the date of the advance until repayment in full. The Bank may from time to time, vary the amount of finance charge payable by the Cardholder. 5.7 Any instrument purchased on the Card which are readily convertible to cash such as travellers cheques, demand drafts, telegraphic transfers etc. will also be treated as Cash Advances and will be subject to the above charges. 5.8 The Bank reserves the right to change or withdraw this facility at its discretion

Cash Advance. You may use our Card to obtain a cash advance up to the limit determined by us, whether such limit is notified to you. In respect of each Cash Advance made through the use of any Card and/or the PIN, we shall charge and debit the Card Account: a. a cash advance fee at a percentage of the cash advance amount, subject to a minimum amount as stated in our pricing guide, or any such rate or at such amount as we may determine; and b. an interest or finance charge at such rate per annum as we may determine on a daily basis on the amount of the cash advance as from the date the cash advance is made up to the date on which full payment is received by us.
Cash Advance. (a) Where a transaction authorized by the Cardholder is for Cash Advance, the Cardholder may also be subjected to: i. Cash Advance fee under Clause 5. ii. Credit Limit and/or Cash Advance limit set by the Bank and/or daily withdrawal limit of ATMs or over-the-counter set by the Bank or Mastercard/UnionPay/Visa Member Banks, as the case may be. Where applicable, Cash Advance may be made available to the Cardholder in Malaysia or such other countries (as shall be approved from time to time). (b) The Bank reserves the right to determine the total amount of cash that can be withdrawn under Cash Advance (the amount of which may be lower than the Credit Limit) or change the Cash Advance limit set by it, from time to time at its discretion.
Cash Advance. In respect of each Cash Advance made through the use of any Card and/or the PIN, we shall charge and debit the Card Account: (a) a fee equal to or the greater of: (i) the amount equal to 6% of the amount of the Cash Advance or such other rate as we may determine (with effect from 1 April 2008); and (ii) the sum of $15.00 or such other sum as we may determine; and (b) an interest or finance charge calculated at such rate per annum as we may determine on a daily basis on the amount of the Cash Advance as from the date of the Cash Advance until the date on which full payment thereof is made.
Cash Advance. 23.1 Cash advances obtained by Cardholders from ATMS or Bank Branches or cash disbursing merchants or agents will be subject to ATM, Bank, merchant, agent, local or country limits and restrictions. Regulations of Central Bank and Department of Foreign Exchange will also apply. 23.2 You may obtain cash advances up to such limit as we may determine, whether or not such limit is notified to you. 23.3 This facility may be changed or withdrawn by the Bank without prior notice to the Cardholder.
Cash Advance. At our discretion, we may permit you to use the Account to get cash (including foreign currency) from an automated teller machine (“ATM”) and bank tellers, to transfer money (for example to fund another account) or to get what we consider a cash equivalent. Examples include, but are not limited to, using your Card for wire transfers, money orders, traveler’s checks, person-to-person money transfers, cryptocurrency, bail bonds, lottery tickets, gaming chips and other methods used for gambling, xxxxxx and other betting transactions. These types of transactions to get cash or to get what we consider cash equivalents, including Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks, are “Cash Advances.”
Cash Advance. Buyer agrees to provide Seller certain cash advances in accordance with Exhibit G. The amounts reflected in Exhibit G represent the parties' best estimate of shipments to occur during the period specified; in the event actual shipments vary from those set forth in Exhibit G, the amounts will be adjusted accordingly. In addition, if the Agreement terminates before the Net Balance on Account (as set forth in Exhibit G) reaches zero, Seller will remit to Buyer any such outstanding balance within thirty (30) days of the effective date of termination.

(iii) The Bank's record of any transaction effected in conjunction with a PIN shall be binding on the Cardholder as to its consequence. (iv) The use of the Card by the Cardholder to obtain a Cash Advance shall be deemed to constitute the Agreement of the Cardholder to pay a cash advance fee and finance charge as determined by the bank from time to time on the amount of cash advance. Finance Charge shall be levied on each Cash Advance from the date of the advance until repayment in full. The Bank may from time to time, vary the amount of cash advance fee and finance charge payable by the Cardholder.
Cash Advance. Employees who have had their travel plan approved by their supervisor shall first attempt to use direct billing for hotels. If no direct bill hotel is available, the employee’s travel expenses shall be paid in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code Rule 126-1-02.
