Cash Advance. You may use our Card to obtain a cash advance up to the limit determined by us, whether such limit is notified to you. In respect of each Cash Advance made through the use of any Card and/or the PIN, we shall charge and debit the Card Account:

The Cardholder may obtain Cash Advances up to a maximum percentage of the Credit Limit subject to availability of adequate credit, subject to Department of Exchange Control Regulations and as maybe acceptable to the Bank from time to time at its absolute discretion by the following means;

Cash Advance. At our discretion, we may permit you to use the Account to get cash (including foreign currency) from an automated teller machine (“ATM”) and bank tellers, to transfer money (for example to fund another account) or to get what we consider a cash equivalent. Examples include, but are not limited to, using your Card for wire transfers, money orders, traveler’s checks, person-to-person money transfers, cryptocurrency, bail bonds, lottery tickets, gaming chips and other methods used for gambling, xxxxxx and other betting transactions. These types of transactions to get cash or to get what we consider cash equivalents, including Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks, are “Cash Advances.”
Cash Advance. In respect of each Cash Advance made through the use of any Card and/or the PIN, we shall charge and debit the Card Account:
Cash Advance. Employees who have had travel plans approved by their supervisor shall first attempt to use direct billing for hotels. If no direct xxxx hotel is available, the employee’s travel expenses shall be paid in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code Rule 126-1-02.

Cash Advance. Buyer agrees to provide Seller certain cash advances in accordance with Exhibit G. The amounts reflected in Exhibit G represent the parties' best estimate of shipments to occur during the period specified; in the event actual shipments vary from those set forth in Exhibit G, the amounts will be adjusted accordingly. In addition, if the Agreement terminates before the Net Balance on Account (as set forth in Exhibit G) reaches zero, Seller will remit to Buyer any such outstanding balance within thirty (30) days of the effective date of termination.
Cash Advance. Pursuant to this Agreement, at the Effective Time, the Cash Advance shall be converted into 6,050 shares of TCM Series B Preferred Stock.
Cash Advance. 23.1 Cash advances obtained by Cardholders from ATMS or Bank Branches or cash disbursing merchants or agents will be subject to ATM, Bank, merchant, agent, local or country limits and restrictions. Regulations of Central Bank and Department of Foreign Exchange will also apply.
