Examples of Tranche C Advances in a sentence
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warehouse Agreement, during such period the Borrowers may borrow, repay and reborrow Tranche C Advances hereunder; provided that the Borrowers shall not request more than three Tranche C Advances in any one day.
The Borrowers shall pay all remaining amounts of Tranche C Advances and Tranche D Advances as set forth in paragraphs (d) and (e) below and on the applicable Termination Date.
Any portion of the Tranche C Advances that is subsequently repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed.
The minimum number of allottees in this Issue shall be 50 shareholders.
The Borrowers of the Tranche C Advances shall repay the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Tranche C Advances in full in one instalment on the Tranche C Maturity Date.
Any prepayment pursuant to this subsection (a) shall be applied, first, to the prepayment of a ratable aggregate principal amount of Tranche C Advances forming part of the same Tranche C Loans, second, to the prepayment of a ratable aggregate principal amount of Tranche B Advances forming part of the same Tranche B Loans, and, third, to the repayment of a ratable aggregate principal amount of Tranche A Advances forming part of the same Tranche A Loans.
The Tranche A Advances, the Tranche B Advances, the Tranche C Advances, the Tranche D Advances and the Tranche E Advances are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Term Loan Advance” and collectively as the “Term Loan Advances”.
The Borrower may, upon at ----------------------------- least three-Business-Days' notice to the Administrative Agent stating the proposed prepayment date, aggregate principal amount of the Advances to be prepaid and whether the Advances to be prepaid are Tranche A Advances, Tranche B Advances or Tranche C Advances, and if such notice is given the Borrower shall, prepay the outstanding principal amount of the Advances of the tranche specified then outstanding in whole or ratably in part.
The Tranche C Facility shall be made available to the extent that and in the amount that the Bridging Loan has been repaid by MC2 pursuant to the Bridging Loan Agreement and Tranche C Advances from time to time may be drawn PRO TANTO in an aggregate amount not exceeding the amount so repaid.
