Tranche D Note definition

Tranche D Note means a promissory note evidencing Tranche D Loans, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

Tranche D Note means a promissory note in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-4, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Tranche D Note means the Tranche D Note executed and delivered pursuant to Section 2.1D hereof.

More Definitions of Tranche D Note

Tranche D Note means any one of such promissory notes issued hereunder.

Tranche D Note means the amended and restated promissory note provided for Lender’s Tranche D Advances and any promissory note delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified, supplemented, amended or restated and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Tranche D Note with respect to the Nokia Lenders, means the Tranche D-Nokia Note, with respect to the Siemens Lenders, means the Tranche D-Siemens Note and, with respect to the Alcatel Lenders, means the Tranche D-Alcatel Note.

Tranche D Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A-4, evidencing the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche D Loans by the Lender to the Borrower.

Tranche D Note means the Limited Recourse Secured Tranche D -------------- Promissory Note, dated of even date herewith, made by Assignee payable to the order of Assignor in the original principal amount of $5,714,408.71, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
