Transaction Limit definition

Transaction Limit in relation to any Card, means the amount nominated by the Cardmember to DBS in writing from time to time or specified by DBS at its discretion from time to time up to which any Card Transaction may reach before DBS refuses to authorise or approve such Card Transaction.
Transaction Limit means the maximum daily limit prescribed by us in respect of your Card Transactions.
Transaction Limit means such limits that Tenpay may establish, in its sole discretion, for: (a) each WeChat Pay Transaction amount; (b) the aggregate monetary amount of a Merchant’s WeChat Pay Transactions per day, week, month, year or any other period of time; (c) the number of a Merchant’s WeChat Pay Transactions per day; (d) the number of a Merchant’s WeChat Pay Transactions per month or any other period of time; and/or (e) the aggregate monetary amount of the WeChat Pay Transactions conducted by an individual WeChat Pay User with the Merchant per day, week, month, year or any other period of time.

  • If a daily Card Transaction Limit is required by Stripe, Stripe may decline any Card Transactions in excess of the daily Card Transaction Limit.

  • Stripe may, acting reasonably, require you to establish a daily Card Transaction Limit to prevent the risk of loss to Stripe, and to reduce the rate of declined Card Transactions.
