Maximum Value. You may not associate more than $2,000 with a Card on any day, either through purchase or reloading (or a combination of both). In addition, you may not purchase or obtain multiple Cards with a value of more than $10,000 in any one day.
Maximum Value. The overall maximum value of this Master Agreement is indefinite, subject to the contractual authority delegated by the UT System Board of Regents to Owner. The price for each specifically authorized Job Order (“Job Order Price”) will be established through the development and acceptance of a Job Order Proposal in accordance with the terms of this Master Agreement and confirmed by way of purchase order issued by Owner to Contractor (“Purchase Order”). A Job Order Price shall not be adjusted except by written Change Order to a duly executed Job Order.
Maximum Value. Subject to the terms and exclusions outlined in this Agreement, and subject to the confirmation of eligibility under applicable state, local, and federal statues; H-GAC will reimburse Subrecipient for goods, services, or expenditures on the basis of allowable costs up to the maximum value of this Agreement, or $$5,022.00. Allowable costs must be: certified by H-GAC as correct and necessary, directly associated with performance of this Agreement, provisioned under the Scope of Work or other mutually executed Attachment, and properly submitted at the rates prescribed by state or federal regulations.
Maximum Value. The Earn Plan may be a subject to an amount up to the maximum value specified by us from time to time (the "Maximum Value") as specified on our Website xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. In the event that we reduce the Maximum Value such that the aggregate value of the cryptocurrencies maintained across all of an Earn User's active Earn Plans exceeds the reduced Maximum Value, we will delay enforcement of the reduced Maximum Value until the expiration of the first Fixed Plan that brings the aggregate value of the cryptocurrencies maintained across all active Fixed Plans below the reduced Maximum Value.
Maximum Value. The value of each SAR granted hereunder shall be subject to a cap on the maximum value of each award equal to [Maximum Value] per SAR such that, the value of the Spread for each SAR shall not exceed [Maximum Value] minus the Xxxxx Xxxxx.
Maximum Value. The value of each SAR award granted hereunder shall be subject to a cap of Twenty-Seven and 50/100 Dollars ($27.50) per Covered Share, such that the value of the Spread for each award shall not exceed $18.65.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in no event shall Holder be issued Units hereunder upon the exercise of this Warrant such that the Exercise Gain to the Holder would be in excess of $ [based on 16% of $900 million5] (the “Maximum Gain”). In the event that the Exercise Gain would exceed the Maximum Gain, then the Warrant Amount shall be adjusted such that upon the final exercise of this Warrant, the Exercise Gain (after giving effect to such adjusted Warrant Amount) equals the Maximum Gain.
