Transaction Resolution definition

Transaction Resolution means the special resolution of the Company Shareholders approving the Transaction, to be substantially in the form and content of Schedule 1.1B;
Transaction Resolution means a special resolution of the Trust in substantially the form of Schedule A hereto;
Transaction Resolution means the special resolution of the Shareholders (i) confirming the amendments to the Canada Life by-laws required to implement the Transaction, (ii) approving the waiver of the application of the Rights Plan to the Transaction, and (iii) approving other matters incidental thereto;

More Definitions of Transaction Resolution

Transaction Resolution means the special resolution approving the transactions contemplated pursuant to this Agreement to be considered at the Purchaser Meeting, if required.
