Transaction Resolution definition

Transaction Resolution means the special resolution of the Company Shareholders approving the Transaction, to be substantially in the form and content of Schedule 1.1B;
Transaction Resolution means a special resolution of the Trust in substantially the form of Schedule A hereto;
Transaction Resolution has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.2(b).

Transaction Resolution means the special resolution of the Corel Voting Securityholders, to be substantially in the form and content of Schedule B;
