Transfer Restriction Date definition

Transfer Restriction Date means the effective date upon which Xxxx REIT Advisors IV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, shall cease acting as the advisor to the General Partner under the terms of an advisory agreement entered into between Xxxx REIT Advisors IV, LLC and the General Partner.
