Transfer Restriction Date definition

Transfer Restriction Date means the effective date upon which Xxxx Corporate Income Advisors II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, shall cease acting as the advisor to the General Partner under the terms of an advisory agreement entered into between Xxxx Corporate Income Advisors II, LLC and the General Partner.
