Transferred Works definition

Transferred Works means Transferred Works as defined in the Operating Agreement or as may be transferred under subsequent transfer notices.
Transferred Works means those components of the Distribution 91 System, which were transferred to the District for operation and maintenance pursuant to the 92 terms and conditions of the Existing Repayment Contract.
Transferred Works means all works defined as Distribution works, Xxxxx Canyon Dam and Reservoir, Barretts Diversion Dam, and all works appurtenant thereto.

Related to Transferred Works

  • Transferred Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Transferred Information means the personal information (namely, information about an identifiable individual other than their business contact information when used or disclosed for the purpose of contacting such individual in that individual’s capacity as an employee or an official of an organization and for no other purpose) that is in the control of a Party that is to be disclosed or conveyed to the other Party or any of its Representatives or agents by or on behalf of such Party as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein, and includes all such personal information disclosed to such other Party prior to the execution of this Agreement;

  • Work Product means any and all works, including work papers, notes, materials, approaches, designs, specifications, systems, innovations, improvements, inventions, software, programs, source code, documentation, training materials, audio or audiovisual recordings, methodologies, concepts, studies, reports, whether finished or unfinished, and whether or not included in the Deliverables, that are developed, produced, generated, or provided by Contractor in connection with Contractor’s performance of its duties under the Contract or through use of any funding provided under this Contract.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Company IP means all Intellectual Property Rights and Intellectual Property owned by or exclusively licensed to the Company.
