Transformation Milestone definition

Transformation Milestone shall have the meaning given in Section 4.3.3.

  • A one-time configuration and set-up fee payable as a Transition and Transformation Milestone covers all Charges associated with initiating the Service for all DIR Customers who chooses to utilize this Service.

More Definitions of Transformation Milestone

Transformation Milestone means the Milestone(s) identified as such by HSBC and as set out in Appendix 2-C to Schedule 2 (Transition and Transformation) and the Global Transformation Plan and/or any Local Transformation Plans, as applicable;
Transformation Milestone means a due date for Transformation activities identified in a detailed transformation plan.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;
