Basic health plan services means that schedule of covered
Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status.
