Transition Charge Adjustment definition

Transition Charge Adjustment means each adjustment to Transition Charges related to the Transition Property made in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement and the Issuer Annex.

  • Such charge-off rate will be recalculated each year in connection with the annual Transition Charge Adjustment.

  • In the event an interim Transition Charge Adjustment is necessary, the interim Transition Charge Adjustment should be filed on the fifteenth day of the current month for implementation in the first billing cycle of the following month.

  • Any interim Energy Transition Charge Adjustment shall take into account the Periodic Payment Requirement for the next succeeding twelve (12) months.

  • If any Energy Transition Charge Adjustment request does not become effective on the applicable date as provided in such filing and in accordance with the Financing Order, the Servicer shall notify the Issuer, the Trustee and the Rating Agencies by the end of the second Servicer Business Day after such applicable date.

  • The prices under this rate as set forth under “Monthly Charge” may be adjusted from time to time in the manner described in the Company’s Non-Bypassable Transition Charge Adjustment Provision.

  • In the event an interim Transition Charge Adjustment is permitted under Schedule TC2, the Servicer will file for such an adjustment with the PUCT not less than fifteen days prior to the proposed Interim Adjustment Date.

  • In the event an interim Transition Charge Adjustment is permitted under Tariff TC, the Servicer will file for such an adjustment with the PUCT not less than fifteen days prior to the proposed Interim Adjustment Date.
