Transition Management Plan definition

Transition Management Plan means the plan of that name which the Concessionaire is required to produce in accordance with the Contract and with HPTE’s Service Requirements.
Transition Management Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.1.

  • The Operator shall, within 3 (three) months from the Execution Date or before achieving COD of Last Lot of Buses, whichever is earlier, deliver to the Authority a Transition Management Plan which sets out the Operator's proposed methodology for achieving an orderly transition of Project from the Operator to the Authority and/or its successor operator on the Expiry or Termination of this Contract.

  • The Operator shall provide the Transition Services in accordance with the Transition Management Plan for a period of 45 (forty five) days or any such time period as specified by the Authority in writing (the “Transition Assistance Period”) after the Termination or Expiry Date, whichever is applicable.

  • Immediately after award of the Contract and prior to the Contractor’s performance at the work site(s), the FPS CO shall notify the Contractor, and the FPS Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) to schedule a post- award/pre-performance meeting that includes an in-depth review of the total Contract requirements and a review of the Contractor’s Transition Management Plan.

  • Upon Termination under this Article 22, for any reason whatsoever, the Parties shall in good faith co-operate with each other on best effort basis implement the Transition Management Plan for smooth transition of the possession and/or control of the Project from the Operator to the Authority or the successor operator, as the case may be.

  • When the Project Transition Management Plan is being developed, early contract termination versus contract expiration, as well as on-premise hosting versus external hosting of the solution, should be taken into consideration.

  • KL&A will work with the State transition team lead and new party transition project manager to help define what will be accomplished during the transition period and assist in the development of the Project Transition Management Plan.

Related to Transition Management Plan

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
