Transitional Positions definition

Transitional Positions means positions that are created for less than one school year to accommodate students returning to the regular classroom. These positions will be filled in accordance with Article 17:00.
Transitional Positions means positions that are created for 60 working days or less to accommodate students during transitions, returning to the regular classroom, students awaiting funding or students whose ongoing attendance at a particular school is unknown. These positions shall be reviewed at 30 working days to determine if one of the above reasons applies. Human Resources will track these positions and should they still be deemed necessary at 60 working days they will become permanent positions and will be filled in accordance with Article L17:00.
