Electric facilities definition

Electric facilities means lines, conduits, ducts, poles, wires, pipes, conductors, cables, cross-arms, receivers, transmitters, transformers, instruments, machines, appliances, instrumentalities, and all devices and apparatus used, operated, owned, or controlled by an electric utility, for the purposes of manufacturing, transforming, transmitting, distributing, selling, or furnishing electricity.
Electric facilities means lines, conduits, ducts, poles, wires, pipes, conduc- tors, cables, crossarms, receivers, transmit- ters, transformers, instruments, machines, appliances and all other devices and apparatuses used, operated, owned or con- trolled by an electric utility for the purposes of manufacturing, transforming, transmitting, distributing, selling or furnishing electricity.
Electric facilities means certain portions of the City’s electric infrastructure including distribution poles, transmission poles and structures, ducts, transmission and distribution conduit, building entry conduit, utility tunnels, manholes, and vaults and appurtenant electric facilities. The term “Electric Facilities” does not include the City’s electric generation facilities, buildings, smoke stacks, substations, radio towers, other radio equipment, fiber optic cable, fiber optic cable capacity or any other active communications capacity or appurtenant telecommunication facilities.
