Citation These regulations may be cited as the Electricity Transmission Regulations 1996 1.
The procedure and modalities in regard to long-term Open Access shall be as per the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-state Transmission) Regulations, 2004, as amended from time to time.
