Examples of Transmission Service Payments in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Section 13.2, to the extent there is a Dispute over whether or not or to what extent a Non-Excused Outage has occurred, the reduction in the Transmission Service Payments shall be implemented upon the resolution of that Dispute and such reduction will be effective as of the date when such Dispute arose.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that, except as set forth in Section 3.3.8, Section 8.1, Section 13.5 and Section 14.4(d), no cause or event whatsoever shall excuse or suspend Distribution Company’s obligation to pay Transmission Service Payments or any other amounts payable by Distribution Company under this Agreement.

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.
