Transmit Date definition

Transmit Date means (i) with respect to Bill Payments, the date on which the Bill Payment is to be initiated for remittance to the Payee and (ii) with respect to Fund Transfers, the date on which the Funds Transfer is to be initiated for processing.

Examples of Transmit Date in a sentence

  • If we have not completed processing your termination request and you have not otherwise canceled a transaction, you will be responsible for transactions with a Transmit Date during the ten (10) Business Days following our receipt of your notice of termination.

  • Future Dated Transfers will be initiated on the Transmit Date requested (even if the Transmit Date is not a Business Day), not the date the transfer is scheduled.

  • If you have scheduled transactions with a Transmit Date within this ten-day period, you also must separately cancel those transactions.

  • Transmit means to send, convey, or communicate an electronic message by electronic means.

  • Electronically transmitted or “electronic transmission” means a communication sent or received through technological apparatuses, including computer terminals or other equipment or mechanisms linked by telephone or microwave relays, or any similar apparatus having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic or similar capabilities.

  • Transmission means transmission by operation of law, devolution on the personal representative of a deceased person and any other mode of transfer, not being assignment;

  • transmitter means a person who owns or operates a transmission system;

  • transmitted by electronic means” means sent in the form of a facsimile or sent via the internet as a “pdf” (portable document format) or other replicating image attached to an e-mail message; and, “electronically signed document” means a document transmitted by electronic means and containing, or to which there is affixed, an electronic signature.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Mail means first-class letters and flats delivered via the United States Postal Service, including priority, express, and certified mail, and excluding packages, parcels, periodicals, and catalogues, unless they are clearly identifiable as pharmaceuticals or clearly indicate that they are sent by a state or county government agency.

  • Initial Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • Electronically means any information submitted by email or uploading on the designated portal or digital payment in any mode for the purpose of Code;

  • Email has the meaning given in Clause 29.1;

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Delivered electronically means delivered to the purchaser by means other than tangible storage media.

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.

  • Remittance Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit IX hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to clause (i) of Section 8.5.

  • Money transmission means any of the following:

  • Distribution Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order that is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines that sends the exact image to the receiving pharmacy in hard copy form.
