Transmit means to send, convey, or communicate an electronic message by electronic means.
Electronically transmitted or “electronic transmission” means a communication sent or received through technological apparatuses, including computer terminals or other equipment or mechanisms linked by telephone or microwave relays, or any similar apparatus having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic or similar capabilities.
transmission means transmission by operation of law, devolution on the personal representative of a deceased person and any other mode of transfer, not being assignment;
Mailing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
transmitter means a person who owns or operates a transmission system;
transmitted by electronic means” means sent in the form of a facsimile or sent via the internet as a “pdf” (portable document format) or other replicating image attached to an e-mail message; and, “electronically signed document” means a document transmitted by electronic means and containing, or to which there is affixed, an electronic signature.
Mail means first-class letters and flats delivered via the United States Postal Service, including priority, express, and certified mail, and excluding packages, parcels, periodicals, and catalogues, unless they are clearly identifiable as pharmaceuticals or clearly indicate that they are sent by a state or county government agency.
Local Loop Transmission “Unbundled Local Loop”, “Loop” means the transmission path which extends from the Network Interface Device or demarcation point at an End User’s premise to the Main Distribution Frame or other designated frame or panel in the SBC-AMERITECH Serving Wire Center.
Initial Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).
Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).
Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
Electronically means any information submitted by email or uploading on the designated portal or digital payment in any mode for the purpose of Code;
Facsimile transmission means the transmission of a source document by a facsimile machine that encodes a document into optical or electrical signals, transmits and reconstructs the signals to print a duplicate of the source document at the receiving end.
Email has the meaning given in Clause 29.1;
Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).
Delivered electronically means delivered to the purchaser by means other than tangible storage media.
Notification Time means 1:00 p.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.
Remittance Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.
Form 10-D As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit IX hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to clause (i) of Section 8.5.
Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
Money transmission means any of the following:
Distribution Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.
Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order that is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines that sends the exact image to the receiving pharmacy in hard copy form.
Distribution Date" for a Trust shall mean the "Distribution dates" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
