Examples of TransTexas Entities in a sentence

  • Neither the TransTexas Entities nor the TARC Entities shall directly or indirectly engage to any substantial extent in any line or lines of business activity other than a Related TransTexas Business or a Related TARC Business respectively and, in each case, such other business activities as are reasonably related or incidental thereto.

Related to TransTexas Entities

  • EMG means the Executive Management Group of SSgA.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.
