Treatment Option definition

Treatment Option means the alternative methods of treating a secured Claim in a plan of reorganization as provided in Section 1124 of the Code and set forth in Section 3.4(c) of the Plan, so that such Claim is not impaired by the terms of such plan of reorganization.
