Investment Option definition

Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

Investment Option means the Guaranteed Interest Option, a Separate Account, or a Variable Investment Option of a Separate Account.

Investment Option means the Fixed Interest Account or any of the Investment Accounts of the Variable Account. AUL reserves the right to provide other Investment Options under this contract at any time.

• Exchange - The movement of amounts in the Participant Account to a Companion Investment Option under the Plan or from one or more Sub-Accounts of the Variable Account to one or more Sub-Accounts of the Variable Account.

• However, if an Underlying Investment cannot reasonably liquidate amounts on the effective date of termination, we may deliver, in addition to cash, any unliquidated securities held by the Underlying Investment Option that could not reasonably be liquidated.

• The Variable Account charge will vary by fund tier, meaning we may assess a different Variable Account charge against one Investment Option than another.

Investment Option means the Structured Investment Option, a Segment Type Holding Account, or a Variable Investment Option of a Separate Account.

Investment Option means each of the Investment Funds and each other investment option made available by the Committee through the Plan in accordance with Section 6.5(b).
