Trial Panel definition

Trial Panel means the five (5) Judges who adjudicate at the Trial. In the case of a UJC Trial, the Judges shall be Representatives of the UJC. In the case of an FYJC Trial, the Judges shall be Representatives of the FYJC.
Trial Panel means a three-member panel of the Disciplinary Board.
Trial Panel means a trial panel of the Special Chamber presided over by a specialised international judge and established pursuant to section 3.2 of the Special Chamber Regulation.

Examples of Trial Panel in a sentence

  • A member of the FYJC Trial Panel shall be present in order to provide information, if requested, by the FYJC Appellate Panel.

  • Each FYJC Trial Panel shall be comprised of five (5) FYJC Representatives, sitting as Judges, including the Trial Chair, who must be either the FYJC Chair or the FYJC Vice Chair.

  • Each UJC Trial Panel shall be comprised of five (5) UJC Representatives, sitting as Judges, including the Trial Chair, who must be one of the Voting Members of the Executive Committee.

  • If the Trial Panel Director determines that the provisionally-certified attorney no longer requires a mentor, the attorney will be fully certified and permitted to take additional trial court assignments without mentor supervision.

  • Appeal Panel means a panel comprised of a chair and two individuals appointed by the Board to consider appeals under Chapter 7.

  • Hearing Panel means a panel responsible for adjudicating disciplinary cases pursuant to a Notice of Charges authorized by a Review Panel.

  • adjudicating officer means the adjudicating officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 71;

  • Initiating tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country from which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded or in which a petition or comparable pleading is filed for forwarding to another state or foreign country.

  • Successful Applicant means an “employee applicant” or “applicant” who has been offered employment within this Bargaining Unit by the Employer.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • DSX Panel means a cross connect bay or panel used for the termination of equipment and facilities operating at digital rates.

  • Appraiser panel means a network, list or roster of licensed or certified ap- praisers approved by an AMC to per- form appraisals as independent con- tractors for the AMC. Appraisers on an AMC’s ‘‘appraiser panel’’ under this part include both appraisers accepted by the AMC for consideration for fu- ture appraisal assignments in covered transactions or for secondary mortgage market participants in connection with covered transactions and appraisers en- gaged by the AMC to perform one or more appraisals in covered trans- actions or for secondary mortgage mar- ket participants in connection with covered transactions. An appraiser is an independent contractor for purposes of this subpart if the appraiser is treat- ed as an independent contractor by the AMC for purposes of Federal income taxation.

  • Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts

  • Adjudicating Authority or “NCLT” shall mean the Hon’ble Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal;

  • Appeal Tribunal means the all-citizen Tribunal duly appointed by Council to conduct hearings under this By-law; (191-08)

  • Appeals Board means the commissioners and deputy commissioners of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board acting en banc, in panels, or individually.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Umpire means the third arbitrator appointed pursuant to Section 7.03 (c).

  • Adjudicatory hearing means a hearing to determine:

  • Selection Panel means those persons who have been appointed by Archery NZ to select Archers for New Zealand Teams.

  • Non-Lead Sponsor means the Note A-2 Holder in its capacity as the sponsor with respect to the Non-Lead Securitization Note in connection with the Non-Lead Securitization.

  • Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this By-law;

  • Claims Administrator means the firm proposed by Class Counsel and appointed by the Courts to administer the Settlement Amount in accordance with the provisions of this Settlement Agreement and the Distribution Protocol, and any employees of such firm.

  • Justice means a justice of the peace;
