Trigger Event Observation Date definition

Trigger Event Observation Date means each Scheduled Trading Day during the Trigger Event Observation Period, subject as provided in Trigger Event Disrupted Day Adjustments above.

Trigger Event Observation Date means, in respect of Share Linked Warrants and/or Equity Index Linked Warrants and in respect of an Underlying Asset, a day which is a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Underlying Asset.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Non-Disrupted Valuation Date means a Valuation Date which is not a "Disrupted Day". “Normal Exposure” means a +1x exposure to the Reference Asset.
