Triggered Reference Entity definition

Triggered Reference Entity means a Long Reference Entity with respect to which an Event Determination Date has occurred and the Applicable Auction Final Price or Final Price (as applicable) with respect to such Long Reference Entity has been determined.
Triggered Reference Entity means a Reference Entity in respect of which an Event Determination Date has occurred and a Final Price or Auction Final Price has been determined.
Triggered Reference Entity means a Reference Entity in respect of which a Credit Event occurred on or after the Reference Portfolio Effective Date and a Final Price has been determined.
