Continuing Contract means a contract for Professional Services entered into in accordance with Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes, between the District and a firm, whereby the firm provides Professional Services to the District for projects in which the costs do not exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000), for a study activity when the fee for such Professional Services to the District does not exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000), or for work of a specified nature as outlined in the contract with the District, with no time limitation except that the contract must provide a termination clause (for example, a contract for general District engineering services). Firms providing Professional Services under Continuing Contracts shall not be required to bid against one another.
Existing Contract means a contract that was made before the operative date;
Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.
O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;
Company IP Contract means any Contract to which the Company is a party or by which the Company is bound, that contains any assignment or license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property Right or that otherwise relates to any Company IP or any Intellectual Property developed by, with, or for the Company.
Customer Contract means a Contract (or group of related Contracts) pursuant to which any Group Company, after giving effect to the Pre-Closing Business Transfers, licenses or otherwise provides products and services to customers of the Business.
Specified Contract means any of the following Contracts (together with all exhibits and schedules thereto) to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party:
Engineering control means the use of substitution, isolation, ventilation, and equipment modification to reduce exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus and COVID-19 disease related workplace hazards and job tasks.

Sale Contract means a contract providing for the sale of one or more projects to one or more contracting parties and includes a contract providing for payment of the purchase price in one or more installments. If the sale contract permits title to the project to pass to the other contracting party or parties prior to payment in full of the entire purchase price, it shall also provide for the other contracting party or parties to deliver to the municipality or to the trustee under the indenture pursuant to which the bonds were issued one or more notes, debentures, bonds or other secured or unsecured debt obligations of such contracting party or parties providing for timely payments, including without limitation, interest thereon for the balance of the purchase price at or prior to the passage of such title.
sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
Qualified Contract A Contract that qualifies under the Code as an individual retirement annuity (“IRA”) or a Contract purchased under a Qualified Plan that qualifies for special tax treatment under the Code. Qualified Plan — A retirement plan that receives favorable tax treatment under Section 401, 403, 408, 408A or 457 of the Code. SEC — Securities and Exchange Commission.
Deemed Contract means a contract which is deemed to have automatically been formed when we supply gas or electricity to your property where you have not actively agreed to a new supply of gas and/or electricity from us;
CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;
Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract
Applicable Contract any Contract (a) under which the Company has or may acquire any rights, (b) under which the Company has or may become subject to any obligation or liability, or (c) by which the Company or any of the assets owned or used by it is or may become bound.
Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
Hedging Contract means (a) any agreement providing for options, swaps, floors, caps, collars, forward sales or forward purchases involving interest rates, commodities or commodity prices, equities, currencies, bonds, or indexes based on any of the foregoing, (b) any option, futures or forward contract traded on an exchange, and (c) any other derivative agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement.
Installment lease contract means a lease contract that authorizes or requires the delivery of goods in separate lots to be separately accepted, even though the lease contract contains a clause "each delivery is a separate lease" or its equivalent.
framework contract means a payment service contract which governs the future execution of individual and successive payment transactions and which may contain the obligation and conditions for setting up a payment account;
Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;
Standard Contract means a contract concerning a wholesale energy product admitted to trading at an organised market place, irrespective of whether or not the transaction actually takes place on that market place;
Multiyear contract means a contract that extends beyond a one-year period, including a contract that permits renewal of the contract, without competition, beyond the first year of the contract.
Viatical settlement contract or “contract” means a written agreement entered into between a provider and a viator in which the provider will pay consideration that is less than the expected death benefit of the viator's policy in return for the viator's assignment, transfer, sale, devise, or bequest of the death benefit or ownership of the policy to the provider.
petroleum agreement means an agreement for the purpose of petroleum activities entered into by Government and another person in accordance with this Act;
Servicing Contract means, with respect to any Person, the arrangement, whether or not in writing, under which that Person has the right to service Mortgage Loans.
