Trucked Volumes definition

Trucked Volumes has the meaning given to it in Section 18.3(a).

Examples of Trucked Volumes in a sentence

  • Producer hereby grants to Midstream Co, and shall grant to each Transporter, without warranty of title, either express or implied, to the extent that it may lawfully and is contractually permitted to do so without the incurrence of additional expense, the rights of ingress and egress with respect to, and the right to access, all lands constituting Dedicated Properties for the purposes of (a) transporting Trucked Volumes, and (b) obtaining water samples as described in Section 18.5.

  • Without in any way limiting any indemnification obligation otherwise set forth in the Agreement, the Parties agree that the indemnification obligations of Producer set forth in Section 7.3 and Section 15.2(b) apply to Trucked Volumes delivered to a SWD Trucking Facility.

  • The Trucked Volumes delivered to the applicable SWD Trucking Facility shall be at a rate of delivery that is as uniform as reasonably possible in accordance with Producer’s drilling, completion, and frac schedule.

  • Title to and risk of loss to the Trucked Volumes and all contents thereof shall pass from Producer to Approved SWD Vendor when delivered into Approved SWD Vendor’s storage tanks at the SWD Trucking Facility, unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.

  • Midstream Co’s performance of Trucked Water Services for any Trucked Volumes that do not meet such requirement shall not relieve Producer from any liability for Producer’s breach of the foregoing representation and warranty nor serve as a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Midstream Co therefor.

  • Producer represents and warrants that all Trucked Volumes delivered to an Approved SWD Vendor may lawfully be disposed of in Class II disposal xxxxx.

  • The Party that coordinates the water hauling trucks shall direct the Transporter not to skim, transfer, sell, or otherwise remove hydrocarbons or Trucked Volumes from trucks after receipt by such Transporter and prior to such Trucked Volumes being received by the Approved SWD Vendor.

  • If the Approved SWD Vendor alleges that the Trucked Volumes delivered appear to have been handled in a manner inconsistent with the foregoing sentence, Producer shall corporate with Midstream Co and the Approved SWD Vendor in a review and analysis and, if required by the Approved SWD Vendor, take corrective action in a timely manner.

  • If the Approved SWD Vendor alleges that the Trucked Volumes delivered appear to have been handled in a manner inconsistent with the foregoing sentence, Producer shall cooperate with Midstream Co and the Approved SWD Vendor in a review and analysis and, if required by the Approved SWD Vendor, take corrective action in a timely manner.

Related to Trucked Volumes

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.
