Trust Account Agreement definition

Trust Account Agreement means the agreement respecting the Trust Account between Project Co, Hospital and BNY Trust Company of Canada.

Trust Account Agreement means that certain Trust Account Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Borrower and the Trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
