Trust Committee means the Trust Committee appointed pursuant to Section 3.1 of this Trust Agreement, acting as a group or body.
Trust Committee means that body designated by the General Tribal Council to manage the trust funds for the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin and their Tribal membership, and which is also responsible for the enrollment records of the Oneida Tribe.
