trusted flagger means an entity that has been awarded such status by a Digital Services Coordinator;
trusted flagger means an individual or entity which is considered by a hosting service provider to have particular expertise and responsibilities for the purposes of tackling illegal content online;
trusted flagger means an economically and politically neutral entity representing collective interests which is dedicated to detecting, identifying and notifying illegal content and has relevant expertise and competence;

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to a Ship, the Approved Commercial Manager or the Approved Technical Manager of that Ship.

  • Approved Flag State means any of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands or any other country in which the Agent (acting on the authorisation of the Lenders) may approve that a Ship may be registered.
