trusted flagger means an individual or entity which is considered by a hosting service provider to have particular expertise and responsibilities for the purposes of tackling illegal content online;
trusted flagger means an entity that has been awarded such status by a Digital Services Coordinator;
trusted flagger means an economically and politically neutral entity representing collective interests which is dedicated to detecting, identifying and notifying illegal content and has relevant expertise and competence;
