Trustee Mortgage. Files: as defined in Section 2.01(a).
Trustee Mortgage means the mortgage, as amended from time to time, on the real estate owned by Meadow Ridge and comprising The Community which secures your Loan and the loans of all other residents, up to an aggregate secured amount of $200,000,000, as such amount may be increased from time to time.
Trustee Mortgage means the Leasehold Mortgage with Assignment of Rents, of even date herewith, as the same may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time as permitted by the Indenture, executed by the Lessee in favor of the Trustee in order to secure the Bonds.
